This day-long buffet of workshops\, nature walks and book signings will be offered to birders from novice to experienced. Amidst the setting of spring flowers\, interact with a host of experts about birding\, habitat\, quirky bird science and even meet live raptors! Pay one fee for the day\, but customize your experience based on your interests. \n\n\n\nKeynote: Birds\, Cameras & Inclusivity with Dudley Edmonson\nMr. Edmondson has been watching birds for over four decades. Few things bring him more joy than a spring hike in the woods to see migrants singing in the trees! In that time\, he’s had a career as a professional wildlife photographer\, author\, public speaker\, and filmmaker\, and has worked hard to ensure people know that nature is for everyone. One way to prep for this walk is to watch: Fish Creek: A Hidden Jewel. This trip is offered in collaboration with  Friends of Maplewood Nature \nDIRECTIONS     Meet at the Fish Creek Natural Area at the south end of Henry Lane in Maplewood. From I-94\, take exit 246B for McKnight Rd S.\, go 0.2 mi. Merge onto McKnight Rd S\, go 3.3 mi. Turn left onto Carver Ave\, go 0.5 mi. Turn right (south) onto Henry Ln.
