We will hike on park trails along the western and northern edges of the grassland, where we hope to hear and see migrating fall warblers, sparrows, and hawks, along with the early fall colors of the grassland. One way to prep for this walk is to watch From Bobolinks to Blue Jays – Bird at Battle Creek This trip is offered in collaboration with Friends of Maplewood Nature
