Welcome in the New Year by watching the Eagles at Kap'osia Park in South St. Paul, Thursday, January 1, from 11 am to 2 pm.
You are invited to bring in the New Year in the company of over-wintering Bald Eagles. This section of the Mississippi River main channel has open water, not iced over. Eagles, gulls, and waterfowl can be expected. We will learn about the history of Kap'osia Landing.
