Come and learn about birding, including how to use binoculars and a field guide. St. Paul Bird Alliance collaborates with the St. Paul Public Library and the Urban Bird Collective to offer this beginning birding field trip.
DIRECTIONS: Traveling east on I94, take exit 242D to merge onto US-52 S (this is the Lafayette Fwy); travel 1.8 miles; take the MN-156/Concord St. exit; travel 0.1 miles; turn right onto Cesar Chavez St; travel 0.7 miles to George St. E.; slight left onto George St E; travel 0.3 miles; destination on right. INFORMATION: Dress for the weather and wear closed-toe shoes. Bring a brimmed hat, water, sunblock and bug spray. Loaner binoculars will be available.
REGISTRATION: Registration Link – limited to 15 participants.
ACCESSIBILITY: We will start at the Riverview Library, walk around the neighborhood, and visit the bluffs and a small pocket park.
