Saint Paul Bird Alliance welcomes everyone to participate in our activities and events, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, age, or gender identity.

Saint Paul Bird Alliance does not require membership to enjoy our many programs.  However, we do hope you join us!!

By subscribing to our news and information service, you will receive:

  • E-copies of our award-winning newsletter, The Cardinal.  It contains a wealth of information about birds, conservation efforts, events, and field trips.
  • Invitations to our monthly (Sept-May) chapter meetings with detailed speaker information.
  • Notification of special events and emerging conservation issues and actions.
  • E-copies of our annual report.
  • There is no subscription cost, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

Chapter Membership

Chapter Membership To best support Saint Paul Bird Alliance’s mission, we ask that you become a  Chapter Member.  100% of your membership fee/donations go to Saint Paul Bird Alliance’s work providing local programming, field trips, grants, and outreach.

This membership level includes access to Saint Paul Bird Alliance events, field trips, and information services.

The following gifts directly to Saint Paul Bird Alliance qualify for Chapter Membership:

  • Monthly recurring fee of $5 or more
  • Annual Recurring fee of $25 or more
  • A one-time donation of $25 or more
Your membership donations: 
  • Support grants to local organizations focused on conservation, education, and environmental action and education.
  • Bring speakers to our monthly chapter meetings (Sept-May) that educate and excite our passion for birds and the environment.
  • Create and supply educational opportunities for East Metro students.
  • Support critical community science activities.
  • Protect populations of at-risk bird species through habitat restoration and special projects.
  • Provide informational and informative field trips.

2025 Annual Report

2025 was an excellent year for the Saint Paul Bird Alliance. We provided a robust schedule of field trips, presented many exciting programs, mentored students during our Big River events, and provided grants to some incredible community projects.
